She is survived by: her father Daniel Maychak; her daughters, Michelle Caffrey (Francis), Stephanie Clark (Tom) and Kristin Lennon (Andy); her grandchildren, Joseph, Juliana, Mia, Frankie, Lexy, Jack, Anthony and Lily; her sisters, Donna Clark (John), Linda Krager (Wayne) and Danielle Maychak; and her great grandchild Anastasia.
