We announce the death of Ada Yolanda O'Malley in Middletown, Delaware, who passed away on October 25, 2026, at the age of 84. Ada will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her son George O'Malley; and her parents, Gil Tapia and Candelaria Tapia. She is survived by: her husband Edward Hugh O'Malley; her daughter Maureen Alamas (Juan); her grandchildren, Mara Montez (John), Kendra O'Malley, Hunter Middleton and Cooper Middleton; and her sister Gloria Redmond (James).

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Faries Funeral Directors (29 S Main St, Smyrna, DE 19977). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
