It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alberta Vesteria Walker of Middletown, Delaware, who passed away on August 3, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Rose Anna Walker (Jones); her siblings, George Berry Sr., Luther Lee Walker Jr., Earl E. Walker Sr., James A. Walker Sr. and Virginia M. Beecher; and her siblings-in-law, Joseph Beecher, Devon M. Todd and Alice M. Walker.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Jenkins, Robert Walker Sr. (Terry), John Walker (Ella) and Shionlaia Walters (Jameel); her sister Ardie Todd; and her sisters-in-law, Mae Berry and Leola Walker. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
