He is survived by: his wife Catherine "Cathy" Hawkinson; his children, Mark Hawkinson (Candice), Adam Hawkinson (Stefanie) and Heather Howaniec (Troy); his stepson Robert Johnson (Tammy); his grandchildren, Aiden Hawkinson, Alexander Hawkinson, Erik Hawkinson, James Hawkinson, Ella Howaniec, Dylan Howaniec, Owen Johnson, Logan Johnson, Penn Johnson, Liv Johnson, Julia Frey and Wade Frey; his sister Judith Lynch; and also, Victoria Johnson (Ryan) and Kathleen Frey (Andrew). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and close family friends.
