He was predeceased by: his parents, Mario Castelli and Stella Castelli (Ancona); and his sister Lea Castelli. He is survived by: his wife Susan DiGregorio Castelli; his children, Amanda R. Mazzio (Rich) of Middletown and Mario A. Castelli (Diana) of Middletown; his sister Maria Peretta (George) of Warwick, MD; and his grandchildren, Conner Sharp (Sabrina), Adrianna Mazzio, Gabriella Mazzio, Alexandra Mazzio, Hailey Castelli, Gianna Castelli and Angelo Castelli.
