Betty A. Todd Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty A. Todd of Middletown, Delaware, born in Elkton, Maryland, who passed away on September 16, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander G. Brinkley and Ethel M. Lloyd; her husband Norman H. Todd, Sr.; her sons, Tremaine and Devin M. Todd; her granddaughter Latoya Todd; her great grandchildren, Avianna Otero, Jeremiah Brittingham, Jr. and Travon Brittingham; her stepfather John F. Lloyd; and her brother Frank A. Scott.

She is survived by: her children, Charmaine Todd-Coates, Norma Sadler (Jay), Carmen Frazier (Charles), Unitas S. Todd (Ruth) and Norman H. Todd, Jr. (Kim); her daughter-in-law Ardie Todd; and her sister Martina Ortiz. She is also survived by grandchildren, twenty-seven great-grandchildren, eight great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
