It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jane Rowan of Middletown, Delaware, who passed away on March 10, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Raul M. Bratton and Jeanette Bratton. She is survived by : her children, Phillip A. Rowan, James M. Rowan, Bruce A. Rowan, Roxanne L. Higham and Paul L. Rowan (Michelle Rowan).
