He was predeceased by: his parents, Budge Walden and Rena B. Walden (Connely); his wife Linda Walden (Shupe); and his children, Dawn Marie Walden, Laurie Rae Walden and William R. Walden, Sr..
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Jessica L. Walden; his brother Stanley E. Walden; and his grandchildren, William R. Walden, Jr., Dawn Marie Walden, Jacklynn Rae Walden and Abigail Elizabeth-Joy Walden. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
