Johnson, Sr.; her husband Phil Cannon; her children, Michael and Sarah Cannon; her brothers, Jack Johnson, Jr. (Ann) and Jeffrey Johnson (Jenny); her niece Jessica Johnson; her nephews, Matt (Amanda), Josh and Jeremy Johnson; and her great-niece Sadie.
