It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Devon Montell Todd of Middletown, Delaware, born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on December 22, 2022, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Norman H. Todd, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Ardie Lou Frances Todd (Walker); his mother Betty A. Todd; and his siblings, Charmaine Coates, Norma Todd (Jay), Carmen Frazier (Charles), Unitas Todd, Sr. (Ruth) and Norman Todd, Jr. (Kim). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
