She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Foraker and Margaret Foraker; her sons, Kevin Foraker and Chance Keen; her grandson Ronnie Lewis, Jr.; and her brothers, Arthur, Thomas and Bayard Foraker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michele Lewis (Ronnie) and Bobbye Petroni (Michael); and her grandchildren, Tara Keen, Jonathan Lewis (Janelle), Crystal Doria (Frankie), Chance Keen (Sara), Deanna Davis, Amber Keen and Constance Davis. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
