She is survived by: her husband David W. Hawkins; her daughters, Denise Guthrie (Mark), Sarah Miduski (Shannon), Beth Perry (Jeff), Stephanie Spina and Nancy Neide; and her sister Connie Cox. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
