He was predeceased by: his parents, Hyland Bullen and Mary Bullen; his wife Ethel; and his daughter Sharon McBride. He is survived by: his children, W. Eugene Bullen, Jr. (Shirley) of Middletown and Lynn Wilkins (John) of Milford; his grandchildren, Kristie Bullen, Hayley Bullen, Jaime Gilbert (Woody), William Bullen, III, Andrew Bullen, Dylan Bullen, Bree Wilkins and Wesley Wilkins; and his great grandchildren, Tyler Melton, Lauren Melton, Marinda Kellogg (Ryan), Zachary Gilbert and Kamya Wilkins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Delaware Farm Bureau Foundation, 3457 S. Dupont Highway, Camden, DE 19934.
