He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester I. Brown and Vivian A. Brown (Chacey). He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Brown (Hilliard); his sister Linda White (Cliff) of Palmyra, VA; his siblings-in-law, Charlene Cox (Dave) of Clayton, DE and Milton Hilliard of Middletown, DE; and his pet Annie. He is also survived by one nephew; several nieces; numerous great nieces and nephews.
