It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Lee DeVito Sr. of Middletown, Delaware, born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on January 25, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Naomi DeVito, and Constantine J. DeVito, Sr.; his siblings, Marion Halliday, Howard Maguire and Constantine J DeVito Jr.; and his great grandchild Sadie E. Garrison.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Leann van Slavens (Steve) of Milford, DE. and Gary DeVito Jr. of Bear, DE; and his sister Rosa Jane Pyle of Rehoboth Beach, DE.. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
