As we bid adieu to Hilda's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Hilda has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Permenter and Lena McClung Permenter; and her brothers, Hershall Permenter and Richard Permenter. She is survived by: her husband Charles N. Calvert; her daughters, Karen Calvert Baeder of Newark, DE and Michelle Lynn Hannum (Tom) of Middletown, DE; and her siblings, Violet Riddle and Delvin E. Permenter. She is also survived by two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
