He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank R. Demetrio and Susan Ippolito Demetrio; and his brother Richard Demetrio. He is survived by: his wife Charleen; his daughters, Jennifer D. Spara (Craig), Holly J. Zakharenko (Stanislav) and Alyssa C. Broderick (Avery); his grandchildren, Emma L. Spara, Hanna Zakharenko, Benjamin J. Zakharenko, Ariel O. Broderick, Alessandra B. Broderick, Anna M. Broderick and Andrew T. Broderick; and his siblings, Frank Demetrio, Salvatore Demetrio, Susanne McWade, Robert Demetrio, Mary Cecere, Ronald Demetrio, Margaret Mills and Josephine Lovuolo. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and long-time friends.
