He was predeceased by: his son Chad Petroulis; his mother Wanda Millett; and his sister Lisa Boulden. He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Knowles (Victoria) and Joseph Petroulis Jr. of California; his grandchildren, Jordan, Xander and Thalia; his father Theodore Petroulis Sr.; his sisters, Christine Bastek of Marianna Florida and Pamela Hurley of Dover, Delaware; his half-siblings, Theodore Petroulis Jr. of New Castle, Delaware and Tina Edwards of Wilmington; his close friend Susan Wehner of Middletown; Julie, Andrew and Thomas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

“I am so sorry that I wasn’t closer to help joe work threw his problems as of late. Joe and I grew up together and were inseparable as young kids all the way threw teens. He had the biggest heart and would open it up to everyone. Joe passed away but I will never forget all the great times we had.
