She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Reed and Ina M. Reed; and her grandson Jeffrey W. Beams. She is survived by: her children, Loretta Hester (Barry) of Felton, Judy Lynne Kulhanek (Ernie) of Smyrna, Carolyn Smith of Dover, Diane Norton of Townsend, Frank Domanski (Melissa) of Townsend and Mary Garwood of Newark; her sisters, Connie Dorris (Mike) of Clayton and Barbara Yarnell (Rick) of Clayton; and her former husband Frank Domanski of Baltimore, Ohio.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent in Judy's memory to Middletown Baptist Church (Children's Ministry) at 419 Armstrong Corner Rd., Middletown, DE 19709 or to one of Judy's favorite charities Wounded Warrior Project or Disabled American Veterans.
