She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford W. Hopkins and Charmine C. Hopkins (Wyatt); and her grandson Jacob Derrickson. She is survived by: her husband George W. Adkins, Sr.; and her children, George W. Adkins, Jr. (Lindsey) of Lehigh Acres, FL, David M. Adkins (Cindy) of Middletown, DE and Michele L. Derrickson (David) of Newark, DE.. She is also survived by three great‑grandchildren, a close circle of extended family, and dear friends.
