He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard H. Falk and Charlotte Heyse (Kluth); and his son Andrew K. Falk. He is survived by: his wife Jarlath A. Falk (Faherty); his daughters, Jessica Falk-Spencer (Andy), Courtney (Falk), Caitlin Falk and Eileen Falk (Bryan Siwik); his grandchildren, Maxine Spencer, Jack Spencer, Molly Spencer, Scarlet Peters, Aaron Peters, Owen Peters, Emilia Siwik and Finnley Siwik; and his brother Robert Falk. He is also survived by many loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
