He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Mosier; his children, Vicky Hart (Mark) of Odd, WV, DeAnna Ryan (Mike) of Middletown, DE, Larry Mosier Jr. (Claudine) of Point Pleasant, SC and Heather Mosier of Elkton, MD.; and his siblings, Frank Mosier (Janet) of Landenberg, PA and Chris Mosier (Robin) of Perryville, MD. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren, his nieces, nephews and brother and sister in-laws.
