She was predeceased by: her parents, Sara Geiszler (Lamborn) and Willard Geiszler Sr.; her husband Lawrence Duffy; her former husband John Witz (Jack); and her son-in-law Keith Cook.

She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Morris (Barry), Maryellen Davis (John), Sharon Cook, Michael Duffy, Diane Marks (Randall) and Jennifer Pardue (Joe); and her siblings, Bill (Marilyn), Claire (Dave), Joan (Allan) and Carl (Gail). She is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church in Delaware City, Delaware, in memory of Mary Ann Witz.
