She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Leslie and Josephine Biddie Fankhouser (Mitchell); her husband John A. Genzel, Jr.; her son Brian Clendenin; and her brother Shannon Fankhouser.
She is survived by: her sister Reynea Dowen; her aunt Drema Hanshaw (Mitchell); her cousin Sue Garrison; and her children, Nicki Maggiore (Paul), Diane Phelps (Bart), Linda Ross and John Genzel III (Sandra). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and a total of 18 great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
