He was predeceased by: his father Alvin W. Belsher; and his siblings, Ann Belsher and William Belsher. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Joyce Knoepfler (Belsher); his husband William Bombard; his brothers, Ronald Belsher (Dar) and Michael Knoepfler; his niece Rebecca Belsher; and his aunt Maureen Taylor (John). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
