He is survived by: his wife Priscilla; his son Doug Hendricks, Jr. (Kris); his grandchildren, Alexandra, Joshua and Megan Gallagher (Dan); his daughter Trish Carrico (Charlie); his grandchildren, Matthew and Nicole; and his siblings, Betty Taylor, Franklin W. Hendricks (Janet), Beverly Curtis and Jack Hendricks (Nancy Jo).
