He was predeceased by: his parents, Bessie C. Cluff and Stanford S. Cluff; his siblings, Sally, Sarah, Robert, James, Charles, William and Warner Cluff; and his granddaughter Janeal.
He is survived by: his wife Carol D. Cluff; his children, Demetrius Joyner, Quenna Neal (James), Christopher Joyner (Faith) and Elizabeth Cluff-Watson (Irvin); his grandchildren, Brian, Trina, Kevin, Aisha, Michael, Demetria, Demetrie, Christine, Crystal and Savannah; his sisters, Bessie Cluff of Federalsburg, MD and Gladys Cluff-Cunningham of Oakdale, CA; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Lee of Southport, NC, Victoria Cluff of Trappe, MD, Marcus Moore (Connie) and Donnie Joyner (Terri). He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
