With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan L. Perry Barnes of Middletown, Delaware, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on October 16, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon L. Toney and Betty Jo Edwards; her brother Gordon L. Toney, III; and her husband James C. Barnes, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Roger M. Perry (Kim) of Newark, DE, James C. Barnes, Jr. (Sara) of Warwick, MD and Holly Millon St. Claire (Max) of Jupiter, Florida; her grandchildren, Dylan Perry, Jessica Perry, Allison Barnes, Cameron Barnes, Stephen Worsley, Rachel Millon St. Claire and Kirsten Millon St. Claire; and her nephew Joshua Toney (Alexis) of California.
