He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Jr. of Norwalk, CT and James of Palm Coast, FL; his daughter-in-law Christy; and his grandchildren, Jordan Winn of Midlothian, VA and James Winn Jr. of Palm Coast, FL.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of other extended family.
