He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennie Gosser and William A. Gosser I.. He is survived by: his wife Shelly; his children, Amie and Billy; his grandchild Kendall; and his siblings, Edna Marie, Harry, Sharon and Patricia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and beloved friends.
At Billy's request, no services will be held at this time and the family requests no donations or flowers be sent.
