He was predeceased by: his parents, William Boylan Sr. and Helen (Shields); and his sister Colleen. He is survived by: his wife Elinor; his son William C. Boylan III (Lori) of Middletown, DE; his grandsons, Ryan, Matthew and William IV; and his siblings, Harold (Carla) and Helen Steinberg (Arthur). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and inlaws.

Due to COVID-19, private services will be held for immediate family.
