She was predeceased by: her parents, Josephine Butler and William Butler; her former husband E. Morton Ainscow Jr.; her children, E. Morton Ainscow III and Sandra Lee Ainscow; her sisters, Betty Lou Petrucci and Catherine Tetlow; and her parents-in-law, Ada and E. Morton Ainscow Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Gail Danley, Lynn Ainscow (Bill Mooney), Valerie Kokoszka (Rob) and Jill Keener; her grandchildren, James Keener (Prescilla), Kyle Kokoszka, Justin Keener and Brandon Kokoszka-Morgan (Jeremy); her great grandchildren, Taylor and Savannah Keener; and her sister Joan Leger.
