With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Alan E. Mills of Milford, Delaware, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, L. Edgar Mills Jr. and Betty Reynolds Mills (Reynolds). He is survived by: his wife Arenath Mills (Tuttle); his sons, Mark Mills and Brett Mills (Brenda); his grandson Mateo; his aunts, Janet Yerkes and Ruth Anne Willey; his siblings-in-law, Lynne Strassle (Phil), Gary Tuttle (Penny) and Dwayne Tuttle (Michele); his nephews, Kyle, Josh, Michael and Blake; and his cousin Dennis Mills. He is also survived by brother; as well as several cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Berry Short Funeral Home (119 NW Front St, Milford, DE 19963). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Berry-Short Funeral Home (119 NW Front St, Milford, DE 19963).
