He was predeceased by: his parents, Roxie Heath and Charles Heath; his wife Barbara; and his sisters, Barbara Hamilton and Jeannie Rust.

He is survived by: his sister Joyce; his daughter Christina Robertson (Mike); and his grandchildren, Michael and Taylor Robertson.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Charles' memory to the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford, Delaware.
