It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Christine M Hendel (Milford, Delaware), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on July 5, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph McCaughan and Jane McCaughan; her husband Dr. Edward Hendel; and her daughter Carolyn. She is survived by: her children, Gregory J. Hendel of Hyde Park, VT and Jennifer E. Hendel of Littleton, CO; her sister Mary Ellen Mcmillen; and her sister-in-law Janice H. Walker of Greenwood Village, CO. She is also survived by one niece and three nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions to the Christ Episcopal Church to sponsor Camp Arrowhead attendees (PO Box 191, Milford, DE 19963), or the Milford Public Library, (11 SE Front St., Milford, DE 19963).
