He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Waishes; his children, Edward Waishes (Jocey), Amanda Waishes (Cody), Justin Harvey and Jonathan Ellingsworth; the mother of his children Beth Waishes-Tull; his grandchildren, Eddie, Stetson, Kinsley and Colton; his aunt Verna Baker; his uncle Ronnie Baker; and his friend Karl Sturgill.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Berry-Short Funeral Homes - Milford (119 NW Front St, Milford, DE 19963). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery (26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro, DE 19966).
