She was predeceased by: her father Anthony Brown. She is survived by: her husband Edgar S. Pierson; her sons, Kenneth E. Pierson (Susan), Doug Pierson (Marsha) and Todd Pierson (Kim); and her siblings, Mary "Noop" Pippin (Billy) and Tom Brown. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
