He was predeceased by: his parents, Bolick Topolski and Julia Topolski; his wife Irene Topolski; his grandson Ian Jullian; and his brothers, Eugene and Norbert Topolski.
He is survived by: his children, Eugene Topolski (Debbie), Jerry Topolski (Joy), Christine Julian, Susan Sims and Michael Topolski (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Jarold Sims, Jesse Topolski, Justin Topolski, Thereasa Smith, Jason Topolski, Christopher Jullian, Melissa Sims, Josh Sims, Matthew Topolski, Stephen Topolski, Kelly Fox and Jillian Topolski; and his brother Leanord Topolski. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Calendar Rogers-Hovatter Funeral Home (301 Lakeview Ave, Milford, DE 19963). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calendar St. Johns the Apostle Church (506 Seabury Ave, Milford, DE 19963).
In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to the Delaware Veterans Home, 100 Delaware Veterans Blvd., Milford, DE 19963.
