It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of JoAnn Carter of Milford, Delaware, who passed away on November 10, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though JoAnn may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those JoAnn touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lofland Funeral Home (102 Lakeview Ave, Milford, DE 19963).
