He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Hoffman and Donald Hoffman, Jr.; and his sister Theresa Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Karen Hoffman; his children, Mark Hoffman (Crystal), Thomas Hoffman (Mary), Kaitlyn Bulson (Justin), Travis Howell (Keza) and Ashley Howell; his grandchildren, Lyric, Nathanial (Avery), Audrina, Maverick, Mathias, Elias, Paul, Jr. (P. J.), Aliyah, Kaleb, Madison, Kinsley, Bailey, Raegen and Aiden; his great grandchildren, Saylani and Junie (Dalia Hoffman); his siblings, Rebecca Zellers, Donald Hoffman, III (Kathy), Glenda Hawley (Raymond) and G. Michael Hoffman (Veronica); and his cousin Ronald Hoffman, Jr. (Cathy).
