Paul Mills Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Paul Mills of Milford, Delaware. Paul, born on June 19, 1947, passed away on September 11, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Mills and Fannie Mae Mills (Jackson); his sister Susann Mills; and his stepfather Howard E. Wilkins. He is survived by: his family Paul; his brother Mills Brothers Convenience Stores (Chicken Man); his friend Roy Rigby; his wife Barbara Mills (McGaughey); his children, Julie Darling (Jay) and Judd Mills (Jeannette); his grandsons, Jace Darling and Adam Darling (Katherine); his great grandchildren, Ella Darling and Wade Darling; his siblings, Eugene Mills (Etta) and Fay Marvel (Bill); and his pet Macey Mae. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Milford Elks Lodge 18951 (18951 Elks Lodge Rd, Milford, DE 19963).
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to either the Bayhealth Sussex Campus Cancer Center, 100 Wellness Way, Milford, DE 19963 or to the Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
