He was predeceased by: his father Richard Warner Shockley. He is survived by: his daughters, Zoe Shockley, Lexi Shockley and Ashlyn Shockley; his mother Donna May Dale (Donovan); his brother Mike Shockley; and his fiancée Amy Hollis.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to his children directly for their futures or to his mother to assist with the cost of the services.
