Y., Joanne Mattern of Dover, DE, Kurt, Ruth Plinke of Greensboro, MD and Barbara Carrow of Marydel, MD..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rogers Hovatter Funeral Home (301 Lakeview Ave, Milford, DE 19963). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
