She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester A. Tingle and Jeanette Tingle (Emory); her husband Richard "Dutch" Howell; and her daughters, Sandra Renee Howell and Connie Howell.
She is survived by: her sons, Glenn Howell (Suzanne Moore) and Mark "Maytag" Howell (Shellie McKinney); her brother Bruce; her sister-in-law Bonnie Howell; her sisters, Linda Grabowski, Rita Clendaniel and Juanita; her brother-in-law Martin Adams; her grandchildren, Madison Howell, Alicia Howell, Nichole Howell, Elizabeth Howell and Paige Howell; and her great grandchildren, Amoura Smith, Amari Smith, Xavier Ennis and Alexis Ennis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial contributions be made to the Needy Family Fund, c/o Milford Elks Lodge, 18951 Elks Lodge Road, Milford, DE 19963, in honor of Wanda's lifelong dedication to helping others.
