He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry H. Carter and Mary Janet Carter; and his brother Michael Carter. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Carter of Baltimore, MD. and Emily Carter of Red Bank, NJ.. He is also survived by two brothers, three sisters, and many beloved nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
