He was predeceased by: his parent Carmel L. Collins. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Campbell Collins; his wife Brenda Perdue Collins of Delmar, DE; his daughter Wendy N. Mitchell (Steve) of Gumboro, DE; his stepchildren, Kim Todd (James) of Salisbury, MD and Kevin Perdue (Pamela) of Havre; his siblings, Joyce Morris of Laurel, DE, Leroy Collins of Gumboro, DE, Sherman Collins (Ruth) of Gumboro, DE and Richard Collins (Brenda) of Gumboro, DE.; his granddaughter Macey Mitchell; and his stepgrandchildren, Brooke Mitchell, Payge Hudson, Chase Hudson, William Perdue and Russell Perdue.
