He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Rusty" Garbarino and Gloria "Gogi" Chiappelli Garbarino. He is survived by: his sister Jessica Garbarino Hazzard (Joel); his nieces, Lanie Hazzard and Joelle "Ellie" Hazzard; his brother Chatchai DeLeon (Lorraine Clark-DeLeon); his uncles, Gerald Chiappelli (Shawn), William Garbarino and John Garbarino (Diane); his aunt Marguerite Garbarino; and his cousins, John Jambro (Wendy) and Jaclyn Jambro Peach (Ryan). He is also survived by his family, friends, former coworkers.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Baywood (32267 Clubhouse Way, Millsboro, DE 19966).
