It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Mitchell (Millsboro, Delaware), born in Milford, Delaware, who passed away on March 31, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Granville M. Collins; and her brother Granville Melvin Collins, Jr. (Barbara). She is survived by: her son Scott Mitchell (Stephanie Marvil) of Millsboro, DE; her grandson Brandon Mitchell; her brothers, Dale Collins (Darlene) of Gumboro, DE and Mark Collins of Millsboro, DE.; and her close friend Darlene Morgan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
