Barry leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Barry’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Barry will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Famous and Dorothy Famous (Ackrill); and his daughter Karen Schwab. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Maria Famous; and his children, Debbie Gravinese, Barbara Myers (Art), Alice Mancini (Kevin) and Robert Graham (Laura). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery (26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro, DE 19966).
