He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his son David Henry (Kelly); his grandchildren, Ryder and Katie; his stepchildren, Mike Slagter and Kelly Cortland (Jeff); his stepgrandchildren, Jace, Julian and Jaxson; his sister Marilyn Legallais (Eric); and his sibling's children, Jen Brown (Keith) and Eric James Legallais (Michelle).
